This work is not about religion, so much as about how you feed your spirit. My experience with cross-cultural spiritual traditions honors what works for you.  Song and story are at the top of the list for bringing me joy; they are also incredibly effective healing tools. I begin each session and class with song. The Angels suggested this over a decade ago. It grounds the work and gives me access to information needed for what's ahead. I sing the client, which is a profound way to connect and to offer healing. Then, whether through deep listening to the client's words, story emerges. Through the stories we carry and the ones we tell, we find the path to healing, to purpose, to answers for our questions. 

The power of the circle has been used since ancient times. It's structure offers both equality and equanimity. I offer live and virtual opportunities to explore circlework; and offer classes/events in a circlework format. See my event page for opportunities.

When that circle becomes sacred, anything is possible. Song, movement, laughter, silence, and story are key elements in my circles. I provide a safe space as well as a relaxed and playful approach so that  we can connect to ourselves and others in a meaningful and easy way.

We are designed for community and spend our lives and lifetimes creating cords of connection to people, places, expectations, lineages, vows, and stories. These cords are always helpful at some point, usually early on. They often stop being useful and we need to cut them.

It's a tricky process that can be quite disruptive if not done with conscious and compassionate care. I'm adept at helping clients through the process of cutting cords and navigating the changes that result in this vital self care.

We learn best through story. Coleen has spent decades teaching in classrooms, workshops, and in one-on-one apprenticeships. Teaching through the use of story gives the seeker the context  to experience teachings rather than simply memorizing them. 

Wanting to reach more people, particularly in locations where mentors are hard to find, I began writing stories. My books are a combination of experience, dreaming and channeling. The teachings come from between the realms, the land, the angels and ancestors. These relevant stories help you understand emerging esoteric gifts and how to develop them. My books can be explored purely for the pleasure of a good read. But if you're looking for more, you will certainly find it.
